Неромилос
В невероятно красивом месте была полностью восстановлена старая водяная мельница. Сейчас внутри нее находится музей, приглашающий всех совершить ностальгическое путешествие в прошлое. Здесь вы сможете увидеть полностью воссозданный процесс работы мельницы, а также познакомиться с особенностями производства вина, муки и многого другого. Также у вас будет возможность принять участие в самом производстве. Помимо этого, тут имеется и “традиционная” экспозиция, посвященная деревенской жизни в Греции.
Для того, что бы посетить музей, нужно заказать тур, который длится порядка 90 минут. По окончании тура вы сможете насладиться “результатом” своей работы на мельнице. Например, выпить приготовленного своими руками по старинной технологии апельсинового сока или кофе в окружении естественной природной среды - вокруг музея свободно гуляют павлины.

Outdoor Folk Museum “Neromylos”
One of the most interesting highlights in the area of Nea Epidaurus is the Outdoor Folk Museum “Neromylos” (Watermill), which is located in the road that connects New Epidaurus to the village Dimaina.
In a location of incredible natural beauty, an old watermill was fully restored, inviting us to a nostalgic trip to the past. According to tradition, the watermill operates with hydraulic motion, rotating the big wheel, which in turn transfers the motion to the grinding mechanism with the millstones. A flour production workshop, a wine press, a threshing, a kneading machine, a wood oven and a wheel well complete the magical traditional picture, while there is also a folklore museum.
In order to visit the Outdoor Folk Museum “Neromylos” and have a complete tour, you will need to communicate first with them. The tour lasts about 1 1/2 hour including representation and participation of all in the production processes, making the experience even more interesting.
After the tour, the visitors can enjoy a fresh orange juice or a coffee in suitable formed facilities made by natural materials, such as stone and wood, in perfect harmony with the environment. The beautiful peacocks that walk freely in the place add the finishing touch in a scene which reminds us a fairy tale. It definitely worth a visit.
