Набережная в Салониках
Салоники- это второй по величине город в Греции, столица Македонии. Жизнь здесь течет более спокойно ,чем в Афинах и его жители всегда находят время,что бы прогуляться по набережной. Полюбоваться белой башней- главным ориентиром города. Постоять под “Зонтиками”, скульптурой греческого скульптора Джорджа Зонголопулоса ( вторая такая скульптура, “их близнец” установлена в Афинах на станции метро “Синдагма”). Ощутить гордость у статуи Александра Македонского, сделавшим когда-то Грецию великой империей. Посмотреть закат солнца. И вновь почувствовать себя счастливыми.

The seafront of Thessaloniki
Thessaloniki is the second largest city in Greece, the capital city of Macedonia. Life here is more relaxed than in Athens. The Thessalonikians always find the time to take a walk along the beautiful coastal: They will admire for one more time the imposing White Tower, the landmark of the city. They will stand under the “Umbrellas”, the artwork by Giorgos Zongolopoulos, which has two “twin brothers” in Athens. They will flaunt the statue of Mega Alexandros, who once made Greece a huge empire. They will watch the sun going to sleep under the sea. And they will feel happy again for living in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
